ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Tom Davis

Tom Davis, has lived with dander most of his youth, he raced motor cross, rode bareback and saddlebronc, gathered wild horses and burros in Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, New Mexico and Colorado.  He also broke and trained roping and cutting horses.  Worked as a blacksmith and horse shoer.  He also did a hitch as a combat helicopter pilot in Vietnam.  More recently he has trained race horses, owned a bar and supper club and managed a small ranch in Colorado. Though born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Davis has lived in Arizona, Idaho and Montana.  He now maked his home in La Jara, Colorado, where he breeds and raises bucking stock, and provides them to stock contractors throughout the country.
